Join Res. Office Associates – desk spaces for curators, artists and writers
Res. is an associative working environment for sharing and developing research. With the provision of an additional unit the opportunity has arisen for eight curators, writers and artists to join Res. associates. Each associate is provided with a subsidised desk in our shared office and free use of our meeting and event space for developing research. Our current community of associates is listed here.
We provide:
- 24hr access to 32sqm shared office
- Furnished with desk and shelves
- Inclusive of utilities & internet
- Access to kitchen and bathroom in adjacent unit
- Free bookable meeting & events space on site
- Whole site fully wheelchair accessible
Terms:
- £115 per month (well below market rate!)
- £115 security deposit (refunded subject to terms)
- Minimum of 3 months contract, after which 1 month notice required
- Invoices and receipts provided for tax records
