Kathy Rae Huffman Archive Reading Room
Curator Kathy Rae Huffman’s career spans the 1970s to present day, supporting artists to test the expressive qualities and materiality of technology including experimental video art, new media art, net.art, and cyberfeminism. Huffman’s collection of rare books and catalogues, donated to Goldsmiths Library, came to Res. during the summer of 2016 as a resource for artists and writers to develop new projects that will be realised in a programme at Res. in late Spring 2017. The Reading Room remains open for appointments until 1st of October.
The Kathy Rae Huffman Reading Room is curated by Res. in collaboration with Goldsmiths Library and Special Collections, staff in the Visual Cultures department, and Curating MFA.
Supported by Goldsmiths Library, Goldsmiths Research and Enterprise Committee and The Annual Fund.
